Is MoneyFlow free?
Core features are free forever - all 7 category types, Safe-to-Spend, achievements, and upcoming payments. Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks weekly AI insights, net worth trend chart, debt strategy comparison (snowball vs avalanche), and CSV export.
Does MoneyFlow require an internet connection?
No. The app is offline-first and all data is stored on your device. Sign in to enable automatic cloud backup and sync across devices.
How do I back up my data?
Create a free account in the Profile screen. Once signed in, MoneyFlow automatically backs up and syncs your data whenever you're online. Pro users get multi-device sync.
What types of categories can I track?
MoneyFlow supports 7 category types: Spending budgets, Savings goals, Investments, Debts, Subscriptions, Bills, and Income. Each type has its own tracking logic and display card.
What is Safe-to-Spend?
Safe-to-Spend is your income minus every committed expense (bills, debts, goal contributions, subscriptions) minus what you've already spent this month. It tells you exactly how much you can spend right now without breaking your budget.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
