1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoneyFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MoneyFlow is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you log and monitor spending, goals, investments, debt, subscriptions, bills, and income that you enter manually. The App does not connect to your bank accounts and does not move, hold, or transmit money on your behalf.

3. Not Financial Advice

MoneyFlow is a tracking and planning tool only. Nothing in the App - including budgets, debt payoff projections, net worth calculations, achievements, or AI-generated tips - constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures shown are derived from the data you enter and are estimates, not guarantees. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Eligibility

MoneyFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Core tracking features are free. MoneyFlow Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks cloud sync, weekly AI tips, CSV/PDF export, and debt payoff strategy tools.

• Billing - Pro is billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the App at the time of purchase. Apple/Google process all payments; MoneyFlow does not receive or store your payment card details.
• Free trial - New subscribers may get a free trial period, shown in the App before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown at signup.
• Auto-renewal - Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation - Cancel anytime from Profile → Manage in the App, which opens subscription management for your app store account, or directly through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period.
• Refunds - Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by MoneyFlow directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App - including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Your Data

How MoneyFlow collects, stores, and protects your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by MoneyFlow. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App - it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyFlow is not liable for any financial decisions made using the App, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
